  • How do I login?

    You may access ThankView Academy directly from the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner or your ThankView portal. You may also enter https://academy.thankview.com/ into your browser's search bar.

  • How do I access my course(s)?

    Any courses you have enrolled in can be accessed by clicking "My Dashboard" in the header of the site.

  • What are the system requirements?

    For the best experience, we recommend that you access ThankView Academy on your laptop or desktop computer rather than a mobile device. Suggested browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. ThankView Academy does not support Internet Explorer.

  • How long do courses take to complete?

    Our courses are designed so that you can complete them at your own pace, but the total course completion time will likely be 1-2 hours.

  • Can I take more than one course at a time?

    Absolutely! You are welcome to take as many courses as you'd like.

  • How many members of my team may enroll in courses?

    As many as you'd like! As long as they are users in your ThankView account, they are welcome (and encouraged!) to dive in!

  • Why am I unable to access my Certificate of Completion?

    You are required to complete 100% of each lesson in order to qualify for the certificate. Please review the course to ensure that you've completed all requirements.
